  • How do I find a chef?

    Browse the list of profiles on GO Chef's website which showcases talents from all culinary disciplines around the globe. Be sure to read the reviews of each chef along with their star rating.

  • How do I make payments?

    We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard.

  • Is it safe to deliver food to customer's house?

    GO Chef takes the personal safety of both chef and customers very seriously. GO Chef takes all possible measures to ensure a safe and healthy environment. We deliver it to home, work or subway stations as well. We have the following policies in place:

    1. GO Chef requires that the GPS mobile location service must be turned on at all time during the delivering service.
    2. When our chef arrives at the drop off place, the chef must notify GO Chef by text message or call
    3. Customers must complete a review of the chef after they ate the food 

  • I like a particular chef. Can I keep her/him as my private chef?

    Yes. However, only both parties can communicate through website

  • As a chef, how will I get paid?

    GO Chef uses Paypal to send money directly to your Paypal account bi-weekly. For example, hours worked in week 1 will be paid out at the end of week 3. GO Chef uses Paypal as its payment platform to send funds to their chefs.
    Note:Chefs must register for a Paypal account if they do not already have one.

  • Can I request to the chef to use specific ingredients?

    Chefs and customers will need to discuss beforehand how to best proceed. If customer requested for specific ingredients then it is up to them to negotiate the added cost to their customers.

  • How long can I keep leftovers in the refrigerator?

    Leftovers can be kept for two to three days in the refrigerator. But we recommend you keeping meals in the freezer first. Take it out and put it in the fridge 1 day before you eat your meals. 

  • What are the fees?

    GO Chef uses Paypal as primary. They charge 3% of transaction fee.
